In the summer, they wrestled in several handicap singles and tag team matches. Since then, she has competed against other wrestlers including Paige Bella and her twin sisters Alicia Fox as well Asuka. WWE confirmed Ariana was released from contract in the year 2016 after a two-month period of inactivity. Arina has joined WWE NXT since her resignation.
